Whether you're envisioning an abstract piece, a cultural symbol, a memorial sculpture, or something entirely unique, I love designing and creating sculptures to meet my customers' needs. Each commission is a collaborative process where your vision comes to life in beautiful Oamaru stone.
How It Works:
- Initial Consultation: Contact me to discuss your vision, preferred size, style, and placement (indoor or outdoor)
- Design & Quote: I'll provide sketches and a detailed quote based on your requirements
- Deposit: A deposit secures your commission and I begin work ($500 for sculptures under $2,000, $1,000 for larger pieces)
- Creation: Your sculpture is hand-carved with care over 2-4 weeks
- Delivery: Your finished piece is delivered ready to display
Pricing & Deposits:
- Commission prices typically range from $1,000 to $5,000 depending on size and complexity
- Sculptures under $2,000: $500 deposit required
- Sculptures $2,000 and above: $1,000 deposit required
- Deposit is applied toward your final balance
Timeline:
Most commissions are completed within 2-4 weeks from deposit, depending on the complexity of the design.
Material:
Hand-carved in beautiful Oamaru stone and sealed with quality industrial sealer. Suitable for both indoor display and outdoor garden placement.
Delivery:
Free delivery within Christchurch. Nationwide delivery is handled through PACK & SEND NZ with professional packing, door-to-door service, tracking and warranty included. Packing and delivery costs are set by PACK & SEND and are an additional expense. Contact for a shipping quote.
